I purchased a upper engine bushing from VMW a while back. It took forever to receive my order (no communication either despite my trying), and it fit in loosely rendering it completely useless. I ended up throwing it away because I didn't think the $20 bucks was worth the hassal of trying to deal with them again.

Just to give an abstract of my experience.

Good to hear you got your order cancelled, Beachnut.

Customer service sounds as bad as Buschur Racing (DSM's now EVO's). Back in 98 or 99 after tons of research on club DSM my buddy and I decide to build up our DSM's using Buschur. We call them up, let them know what we are interested in and will roadtrip 6 hours to check out their place. So we drive out there the next day ready to spend thousands of dollars on bolt-ons: turboback, bigger turbo, you name it. Extremely excited we stand in the 'showroom' AND no one gives us the time of day. Then Dave Buschur himself comes in, doesn't say hello or anything, almost bumps into my friend and goes into the back never to be seen again. Mind you we drove up in a DSM and are well dressed and in our late 20's (at the time). We are dumbfounded. Finally after maybe 15 mintutes Tym, who must be at least mildly retarded, comes out. He is just then able to remember our conversation less than 24 hours ago and now doesn't think some of the stuff is in stock. We left.

Customer Service isn't that difficult. It's even biblical, 'do unto others as you'd have them do unto you' or something like that. After 2000 years it should be done to a science, guess that negates the evolution theory. :)

People have a right to there opinions.

Nothing that i can do about that.

they also have a right to prducts they have been charged for. This industry can be freaking brutal to you if you start making constant excuses at the expense of your customers. I learned long ago that the truth is the only real way to keep customers happy, even if it's bad news for them. Honesty is Key.
