volvoman
THis guy..http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?showuser=10675Michael has never said anything to me about this. It looks like the cracking started where they added the wide band sensor. It was not shipped from VMS like that. That is a nasty crack but we have not had any complaints like this on the manifolds before.Sorry for his trouble though. Not to mention the other cracks no where near that crack. INTERESTING.

JCviggen
He did hit insane EGTs which will have speeded up the manifold's demise.
andrew_the_fox
So I ordered a VMS R.I.P. Kit with B.O.V. on Friday, May 11th 2007. I don't want to hear about how it was a stupid purchase, or it's too expensive, I wanted one and had the cash so I ordered it. It is now Thursday July 5th, and I have not received a R.I.P. kit, or my refund. I have been sending them messages off of their website, and I have now called twice. I still have not received a refund, and I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from their company. I called them for the first time a day ago, and they explained to me why it's been two months and I haven't received the kit. I was told they are waiting on a few parts, as I thought to myself thanks for letting me know. So yeah, that's my rant on VMS. If I don't get a refund by tomorrow, I am really going to lose it. 7 VII 7
dude that sucks.... I know a lot of people say that RIP kits are bogus... but when and if I get a turbo volvo I am for sure buying one.. I like how they look, and it could not hurt performance :)

Owned
After their history being as bad as it is and the horrible reputation they have on this site, you still ordered from them? IMO, you were asking for it.
