MUCHO thanks to Scott Hart @ IPD for sendin me some swag to hand out at the meet, So glad to see some new faces, and some guys we haven't seen in a while show up! Check out all the RWD guys! We're lucky to have you guys come too! We definitely want to have more of the classic volvo's at our next meet! We have so much fun at our meets, I really hope this encourages more people to come to our next one! Peter, Dan, Alan, Geeves, Nat, Miles, Brien, some of the regulars, sorry that you guys couldn't make it, you know us, we're already busy planning our next one! I had to stay off Volvospeed all weekend to not spill the beans.Looks like it was a great meet. We had about as many cars at our meet last weekend. There were a few cars that honked, most of them for the positive. The only negative is when they honk at Brian. Actually, you are just getting from the ground after taking some shots down there. I didn't get this picture in time, but there must have been 8 cameras taking pictures like 20 seconds before I took that.You didn't get a picture of Boyce's son. He and Ethan were in the back of my car watching cartoons while everyone was out taking pictures. who's car broke down? The yellow 240. As we were leaving Alki, he basically lost all his accesories, so he pulled over and found that his crank pully was loose. He tried to tighten it with a cresent wrench, but he couldn't get enough torque on it for it to stay. I didn't have a big enough socket with me to fit the bolt. In the end he called AAA to get it towed. The rest of us left after that because he said he would be ok.The 140 didn't want to start when we were leaving Alki, but he said it happens all the time when the car is warm. He went to the bathroom and when he got back, it decided it was time to run again. Pit stop...look for it...look for it!!!..... That was hillarious. While the mall cop is trying to break into the 140, which proved very difficult, Brian decides to go take a leak. You can see the ski racks are open in the shot. He gets out, does his business and gets back in the car and never looked at the racks. Kevin called it to, saying that is exactly what would happen.This guy watches too much Star Trek or something. *cough*carson*cough* n00b! That is the V sign for Volvo!
