Red Hose Goes from Turbo to the front of the engine (where the intake Manifold is. Its on the right side on the Intake Manifold and a little to the left from that Vacum Tree line. There you will see two hoses . The Top one is for the Evap System and the one below it is the one you are talking about.)

Red hose goes to the intake manifold. It's the CBV control hose.

The green hose is a nightmare to replace. The best way i found was to take out the air-box, the turbo intake hose etc, and at least have a little space to get in there. Still, getting the clamp on without being able to see what you're doing is a mission. I've been told it's easier from underneath the car ... but I managed from the top. I don't have easy access to ramps/stands.

Let me clarify.. b/c of my sucky MSPaint job. You need to disconnect the "blue" hose.. I recommend removing it from the black pipe behind the MAF where it attaches, and plugging that hole in the black intake pipe with either a vac-line plug, or a bolt of appropriate size. Either way, you can't have that line sucking outside air into the black intake pipe. Clear as mud?

Ah ha! That makes more sense than what I thought was going on. I kept thinking there was a line going from the BCS to something else, here represented by the teal line:

Turns out I was thinking of the electrical connector.

de-de-dee!

However, a second look (and not being on crack like I was this morning) shows that lines run from out of the turbo through BCS back to turbo. You're simply replacing the BCS, like Volfo said, with something static. I feel smart now, though I am pretty late on understanding this whole thing. *enlightenment choir sings*
