Right - US foreign policy - you stick your noses in where they're not welcome - eg Israel. The Muslims have as much of a religious claim on Jerusalem as the Jews and Christians do, yet you support a regime that seeks to keep Jerusalem for themselves. Never mind the similarities between Israel in the West Bank and China in Tiananmen Square (Using military force to squash protest)...

Hypocrisy - your government was instrumental in trying to cripple MY country via economic sanctions. Jerusalem is open to all visitors and worship from all three religeons goes on daily. Of the three, Islam is the only one that is constantly threatening the destruction of the sites of Christianity and Judaism and has in fact acted on it on occassion. Luckily Israel runs the show there and keeps it open and protected.

I don't know why I find my self reading in the political forum. My backround in politics is very poor but for some reason I get an urge to post something.

Some posts tend to be "politically correct", proving there point or bringing down someones in a civilised manner. However there are some post that show hatred and anger, throwing arrogant statements and insults to other nations/individuals. I don't believe this will solve anything or help eachother to share some mutial thoughts. I don't believe that everyone will be on the same page at the same time however we should trade thoughts with respect.

That said we should take a look at why and how Africa is in the state that they are in:

I see that your father has passed away recently and I think you are having some personal issues that need to be dealt with. Please seek the care and guidance of a doctor or mental health care worker asap. This is not a put down or insult on your behalf but encouragement for you to do the right thing and get some help coping with this significant loss within your family life during this tough time. i dont think half of you are looking at the iraq situation on anywhere near a competant level. id like to know what your proposal would be had we taken saddam out of power and just left iraq to fend for itself to be taken over by yet another tyrant or just plain left out in the cold. most people who dont support the war are too ignorant to realize that its necessary to stay in iraq because they're too focused on how much has been lost rather than how much will be gained.
