ViperVette
I saw 3.099 like yesterday for 93 however, I paid 2.979 for 93 last weekend. 44$ to fill up.F-in, rediculous. I have a 13 mile commute though... so I only have to fill up every two weeks. I have it much better off them some other people. One thing however that really pissed me off the other day. POLICE! They are driving around in big SUVs and the chiefs have their Suburbans, and they drive around with just one person in each one... cause we are footing the bill for their gas, so what do they care? Now that is rediculous.
Zappo
93 is $3.31 at the station I fill up at here in Everett. Or, it was last night. It has gone up 60-70 cents a gallon in the last month.

javadoc
At the Chevron that I pass on the way to work this morning:87 Octane: $2.8689 Octane: $2.9691 Octane: $3.06I give it, ohhhh 45 days and it'll hit $4.00/gallon. Oil exploration and production fuels my economy. The increased price of oil is making oil production companies willing to spend more to find more oil, so they can sell more (which may increase supply, which may decrease prices). This means more jobs, drawing more people here, which in turn means more development for the city and state for infrastructure, and higher property values because land to build on is scarce. This is just on a local level, but I won't be complaining because for I figure that I'll make more money overall with rising oil prices.Yes, that's a selfish, capitalistic and narrow viewpoint, but if it really began to put the hurt on people, then the people would start to make drastic changes and buy/use more economical transportation, or make a lifestyle change.<runs> Edited May 5, 2006 by javadoc

Beiner
$2.74 Was the cheapest I saw.I think that it's an atrosity! Fuel prices are so high and the oil companies are making billions! It must be a terrible business full of crooks and thieves! blah blah blahYou wanna "teach the oil companies a lesson"? Stop driving your brick! I dare you!Not directed at anyone in particular.I take that back, that's directed at the whiners who drive big vehicles that don't need to drive big vehicles.
