As for sigs it does only load once. If you have image1.jpg as a sig and you post 30 times it does not dl the image 30 times. It DLs it once and displayes it 30 times. Plus I run gzip on the forums. IF it is an issue for anyone reading this, you can turn off signatures via the control panel.
