My car came with the Blues Stock, I am sure there is some reason as to why Volvo upgraded them. The boost levels stayed the same, and it isn't a horsepower difference. You guys think thats because they wanted the Injectors to be running at a lower %?

well, your stock injectors just happen to be larger than the orange injectors, correct?

At 23 lbs I still hit a 10:1 AFR on stock white inj...doesn't mean it's the smart thing to do. Most people do not need larger inj and have them, correct...but your reasoning for not getting larger injectors is not uh, smart.

So, you are saying that checking A/F's before you get larger injectors is dumb? I think that is ummm dumb.

I would agree, but name one person on here short of Chuck that knows what their duty cycle is at a given load? Even if that holds true. I say it again, dont get bigger injectors unless you know what your A/F (or duty cycle) is at maximum load. How is that?

No, you're an idiot. :) I'm getting a 10:1 AFR somehow when I shouldn't be at that boost, so obviously my injector duty is high. You don't get injectors or rods or anything WHEN you need them, you get them BEFORE you need them...otherwise you end up breaking stuff. You don't get 400whp and then decide to get rods, so you don't hit 100% duty, have an injector die and then ping your engine to hell THEN buy larger injectors. Preventive modding.
