forever black doesn't last 5 minutes, kiwi dye lasts forever...

It fades a little after a few months of regular washing. You'll need to re-apply it a couple times a year if you want it to stay dark.

If you guys are having trouble reaching under the headlights and trunk area, use your girlfriend's little triangle foam makeup applicator things. They fit nicely in the harder to reach spots. :tup: Actually, I've found these things to be useful in a few different automotive applications. :)

I used the Showroom New gray dye from IPD. Looks perfect, no streaking, no fading after 1 year.

The gray dye looks 10x better than the black for most paint colors.

That's the stuff I use. It's so easy I don't know why people mess with anything else. Personal preference but I think the factory grey trim looks great with Nautic Blue paint like mine.
