Neither does "she was too stupid."I'm with Legend on this one!"Early morning hours" folks. Trucker making cents per mile to feed his family making an all night run... tired in the early AM hours. Dumb blonde walking the shoulder of the highway. BANG. Guy panics and jets home.Put yourself in the driver's shoes for a moment. I'd agree that he should have called the police - dumb move not to. But the thoughts of life in prison were probably more overwhelming at the moment.He may not get murder but possibly manslaughter and definitely leaving the scene of an accident. If he can prove he didn't know he hit her I'll back him up.I do agree that was pretty dumb of her to be THAT close to the highway. Poll that to America and I'll tell you right now where 80% will vote. It doesn't matter that it was dark and probably not his fault, most jurys will vote on the emotional side anway.
