They are put together, and complete sans the strut mounts since one of the farking bolts broke on mine. Either way you all know what these things are...but for a little reminder You can tuck 17's no problem with these things....and I never adjusted them completely for fear of my fiberglass bumper. You can even talk to Pras when I say these do not ride that bad. Prolly like HD's or so.
