The car will get all the metal and windows soon. This is only a test run outside the garage. About the hp´s, he will probably dyno it later but twin 16T´s should work very well on a 500 hp car. /Mike
JCviggen
Well can he get it on swedish plates?? I thought car inspections were really tough there? You can go onto the Ring as long as its on registered plates :)

You can register all those mods on 1975 and older here accept the hp´s. /Mike

You can register all those mods on 1975 and older here accept the hp´s. /MikeIn the Netherlands if you have the plates already you can basically mod everything inside the sheet metal as long as the noise stays within the limits. Also some parts of the suspension aren't allowed to be modded, things like subframe's are officially forbidden to weld on.After the plates we only have an anual check called APK, sort of CARB, but for pre '77 vehicles the emissions aren't that strict. Basically any EFI modified pre '77 car will do 500% better than allowed when closed loop. No Kat needed also. Then there is one rule which say that 40% more than stock HP needs a recertification but no power is measured during the anual checkup..

Yeah, max power for the 240 chassi is 230 hp I think but they have no dyno there. In 75 and older cars it´s also allowed to swap engines as long as you use a factory built engine. You can´t mount a BMW turbo engine legally. This is one of the reasons you can see a lot of PV, Amazon and 240 projects with 5-cyl, V8, M3 engines here./Mike
