Geevs
302mm is just a minor upgrade but not considered a BBK which I believe is atleast 320mm, normally 330mm and up.
steve s
u go from 280 to 302, using the same single piston sliding caliper. maybe u get some leverage and slightly better heat dissipation due to more mass. but it's the same coverage.. VolvoFan
There was a post...but the amount of steel holding the calliper on was minimal....I will stick with my other brakes before those...and I even have all 4 corners of the R calipers sitting hereGiven the directional loading and material used to make the brackets, I think that they would suffice just fine. If they were aluminum... hell no! Anyways, if you decide you need to part with those R calipers (front, rear, or both) just drop me a PM and I'll take them off your hands -Jon
larryo108
Not exactly sure what you are saying but here is what you can do that are more common...Front-Porsche Wilwood Stoptech WP ProRear-S60RStoptech <-- No such thing. StopTech has never made and doesn't plan to make a rear brake upgrade.Wp ProThere was a Volvo 320 mm kit. However it was about as expensive as CJ's Porsche kit AND it was still a single piston floating caliper. CJ's kit is about the same price and a much better option in my opinion. Also, if I recall correctly the Volvo 320mm kit is no longer sold as a kit, but you can piece it together with replacement parts.

Raf and Kai were instrumental in developing the current StopTech kit and would have paid the extra money for a rear kit. StopTech is adamant that a rear kit is not needed. The new R rotors are 330mm. Honestly, the difference in a panic stop situation between my car and carsons is little to none. The upside to the R rears is a better disc and more pad choices imo. You *might* see a difference under extreme track use but I doubt it.On a side note, if it wasn't for the last 3 orders, ST would have canceled production on the kit.
