So The Middle East Just Exploded....

you and I both know they aren't going to get all their land back. They were persecuted in the past and a large percentage still live on reservations. They were given full citizenship, the right to vote, they have government programs no "white man" has access to. The Navajo even did a hell of a job in the Pacific during WWII to aid the war effort. Did the Indians get a raw deal? yes they did. But it is a better deal than a lot of other cultures got.

I agree totally!

Throw them all in a pit. Distribute weapons and only the winner emerges.

This is all a result of British politics. They simply wanted someone over there to protect their oil interests.

Had they given them an island somewhere in the pacific we wouldn't have this mess.

Why in God's name any nation with foresight would not occupy and control a region with 2/3 of the worlds

oil supply is beyond me. Iraq is now (as far as can be expected historically seen) under control.

Now Iran is ripe.

Ever since the use of oil for energy, those who control the oil rule the world.

I am not a politician but simply a realist.

It also always has and always will upset me when I hear American Zionists put Israel

before the USA. My uncles killed their European cousins without hesitation because they

put the USA first. What is wrong with American Jews? If the USA is not No. 1 leave and

go to Israel. I was not happy with US politics in the Bush administration and left.

The rest of the world has grown to hate the US because of Jewish lobbies influencing

government decision making. Go home to Israel and kill some Hisbolla fighters if

Israel is No. 1 in your book.

I agree about oil, not the native americans though. Unless you call genocide better than some other cultures got. Do you really think it's possible to let them just "fight it out"? Whose weapons do you think Israel is using...OURS, our money, our tax dollars. We're in this war whether you believe it or not. Is it a holy war? The terrorists think it is, and from the talk on this board a lot of you do too. Anyone who isn't calling for a cease-fire and calls themselves a Christian is a hypocrite. yup. Go ahead and Nuke em, then see how Iran, North Korea, and China react. This is a prime example of horrible foriegn policy. I can't wait for this 4 years to be over.

So, let's be fair. Something the US has not been for a long time regarding this area of the globe.

No money or weapons for either side or better yet no money for either side and we simply sell

both sides weapons like Krupp did at the turn of the 19th century.

I could care less who wins. After it's over, if the ruling powers don't get the oil they need

the task force sails as always.

What 4 years do you mean Ashman? Service? I did my 4 waiting for the Russians to get trigger happy

in an M1 Abrams. Don't worry it will end and you will be happy you did it. 20 years after the tour and

I will never regret it. Good luck. ;)

Why can't we be more like Brazil and not be so dependant on oil

I agree....however these boost junkies here would be blowing their motors too pieces with ethanol

Sugar cane is excellent for making it but from what I understand corn is a much more extensive and expensive process.

He's talking about the Bush administrations four years.

What I am curious about is if you loved America enough to fight in the military, why would you leave because Bush was elected instead of participating in the democracy and have him removed? I too believe that we are mis-guided as a country right now, but certainly wouldn't abandon it. Unless I feel that I cannot effect change by participating in the process, or that this really is what the majority of Americans truly want.

Bush will be out of office soon enough and he will be tried for treason along with Cheney and his henchmen, that's my hope anyway. Where's the Bush administration deck of cards?

It's about time we stopped sending them weapons, in fact arming any of the rest of the world isn't such a great idea.

It's disguised as a holy war, but has more to do with both American and Zionist Imperialism and more so to do with $$$$$$$$$$$$.

Oh, the administration, got ya.

I do vote from here. Didn't help much my home state went to the Democrats anyway and Mr Bush and his wealthy

friends will continue to manipulate the American people with fear and paranoia as long as neccessary to stay in power.

When George Jr. is done the next clown (puppet) will show up. The only way to save the US is a new revolution.

The masses will follow, the sheep that they are, just like they followed Hitler. The wealthy will support Bush and Co. in the same way because they know he will do what he is told and protect their interests. Quite frankly I don't have anything personal against the man. I feel he is just misguided. One man can do nothing to change things in my humble opinion.

We will continue to support Israel as long as the Jewish lobby in the US continues to dictate policy as it has done for a very long time (all my life at least.) The Arabs don't have a lobby.

Due to this fact the Arab world sees the US as an enemy. The rest of the world sees the US as guided by Israel's

interests and therefore not a non-partial paticipant in world politics. I used to be able to be proud to tell people I was an American. These days I have to be careful not to let people know. :(

You take who knows what garbage from an anti-semite crack-pot nut case Lyndon Larouche and use it to support your personal theory versus reality? I would like to see a better source if you have. Please let it not be from the repulsive bile site either.

You posted a CFR link about Israeli terrorists Kach and Kahane Chai. In the article is a paragragh labeled "How big are Kach and Kahane Chai?" it states,

"Recent reports say Kach and Kahane Chai have an overlapping core membership of several dozen as well as a larger number—perhaps several hundred—of less committed supporters that includes both native-born Israelis and radicalized immigrants from the United States and elsewhere."

Overlapping core membership of several dozen? I guess this was to infer how the general Israeli population are a bunch of terrorists too? You come across very strongly against the Israelis which I can understand, but it seems to me your being a propagandist for muslim extremists. Hence the "al".

I don't even know who Lyndon Larouche is, I just put into Google "Isreali Terrorist" to find incidents of Israeli Terror. For Kach I just Googled them and I found this http://www.masada2000.org/ . I read a little bit about them and they seem as nuts as any radical out there. Plus Michael Savage endorses them. The biggest nut job on the radio.

You seemed to be strongly against Muslims in general. Maybe you should have drop is horribe feeling of hate. It eats up the body and mind you know. But maybe you like to just sit and stew about "whatever" the average "horrible" Muslime does. Stating such things as "Give war a Chance" regarding the Isreali Bombardment of Labanon. All this war is doing for Isreal is making it weaker and weaker, and making their enemies stronger and stronger. Even educated Israeli's are saying this http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3285298,00.html

If anyone says something you don't believe in, you call them "Al" or whatever and then go off on some rant about how "your with them and against us" or other such nonsense. Do you know even know what "Al" means in Arabic?

I would have to agree with that. I think he truly believes he is doing the right thing.

An even handed, un-biased approach to diplomacy and foreign policy is the only good policy. We are far from that.

I used to be able to be proud to tell people I was an American. These days I have to be careful not to let people know. :(

The last and only time I traveled abroad all I had to do was open my mouth and they already knew where I was from, and this was an english speaking country.

I thought I remembered about a week ago when a high ranking Hezbollah official said that when they took the 2 Israeli soldiers, they were did not expect the response that Israel gave. They thought that Israel would just send in some commando unit and then negotiate some exchange of prisoners. So my opinion seems like that Hezbollah started it and Israel just wants to end it for good. ust my thought. God Bless :)

who wouldn't want to end it for good? I mean, I think Lebanon itself is at fault here the most. They have a known terrorist organization operating parts of the government, and now their civilians are dying because of these idiots, and they are also against the Iraeli invasion, but hello you dumb idiot Lebanese ignorant asswipes, send your military in, help eliminate Hezbollah, and Israel will leave, and your land will be safer for people to live in. I swear, some of these governments (ie Syria, Iran, Lebanon) are the dumbest, most ignorant idiots on the face of the planet. They complain about everything, and they don't want their borders compromised, and yet, they allow terrorist groups to participate in politics.

Hezbollah was born in 1982 to resist the merciless Israeli invasion of Lebanon that killed 17,000 Palestinians and Lebanese. The Lebanese government doesn't have the weapons and army to resist any Israeli invasion, but Hezbollha, sponsered by Syria and Iran, does or at least tries to. Do you think the Lebanese gov would get rid of Hezbollah that easily or at all?

ONLY the US and Israel regard Hezbollah as a terrorist orgnization, ohh and Canada too.

The United Nations Deputy Secretary-General, Mark Malloch Brown, contested characterisations of the Lebanese militia as a terrorist organisation in the mould of al-Qaeda and stated that the United States and the international community must respect Hezbollah as a political party, not a terrorist organization.
