Jeph430 Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 I made these custom projectors last fall by taking stock 850 headlights, gutting them, and implanting the heart of Honda CRX projectors bought off of eBay. I then bought plastic headlight lenses and defluted the area in front of the projector and polished it until clear. I bought the HID kit from Adrian on here with 7000k H3's. The corner lights are aftermarket clear lights smoked with VHT Nite Shades. The lenses have a clear plastic covers to protect them from stone chips and road debris.Passenger side headlight and smoked corner lightView from the rear with all the wiring. It is amazing the amount of white light they put out and illuminate the road. The high beams have Silverstars in them.The drives side lens was broken in my accident in March, and has since been replaced with a brand new plastic lens. I have not defluted it yet, but can tell you how to easily do it. New lens.
