1997 Glt Upgrade (lpt). Would A 1997 T-5 Ecu And A 15g Bring It Up To T-5 Power?

Alex ran the Upsolute program for the LPT. But they could never get the fuel cut to turn off. Dropped in a T5 ECU and all was well. But yes, I think the tune was bad.

We got 13G guys here bending rods and we got 19T guys running strong on even higher boost, it´s all about the ECU and to pick the right concept.

i think putting a bigger turbo and ecu on the lpt's is the new pegs. i need to join the revolution! it has been said that with k&n, ecu, and exhaust you can get 230-240 on a lpt. would that be enough for your wife?

new pegs? the lpt to hpt thing has been around way before "the new pegs"... old school.

Ya RLY

Non-highway, through 1st and 2nd gear. I'm sure he'd leave me from a 50 roll....

Must be those heavy pegs

not to mention I kept punching the clutch to keep the tires spining and some lady pulled out in front of me... <_< I will say that your car is pretty quick for a gay LPT.

I've been running with a 16T, with 15lbs of boost for a couple of years....never a problem.

I think an aftermarket intercooler or a water injection system will be a benefit in the long run.

Had the car on the dyno....218whp.....276lbs of torque

My front oxygen stayed in close loop ( 14.7 ) all the way to 4.500rpm

I've replaced both oxygen sensors, and maybe some day get back on the dyno.
