20s On A C70

I bought some SSW 20in wheels for my 98 C70. I also ordered Koni yellows and TME springs

Not sure about the tire size cause the wheels are currently gettin painted.

The dude at the body shop was trying to tell me that Id have to RAISE the car so they dont rub which didnt make that much sense to me. I figured the rims would raise the car up and I would have to bring it back down-thats why i ordered the TME springs. Any help with how to run the Konis and suggestions in general would be huge. thanks

Brian

What year C70 do you have and what width are the front rims? The rears will not be a problem, but anything bigger than a 235 up front and you may have a problem.

The Rims are 20X7.5 sorry I forgot to mention that.

The lowering springs will help settle your car and even the look out... just be advised you will most likely have to roll your fenders since it may rub on hard bumps.

Its a 98 HPT

They have black chrome spokes and I had the lip painted silver to match my car.. I like the look. Ill post some pictures next week when I get everything all set up

Anyone have some suggestions on the lowering springs.. Im wondering if I should send them back or put them on.

Is rolling the fenders the same as shaving the wheel wells?
