EricF Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 I used to spin the rims inside the tires with hard 1-2 shifts and BFG drag radials at 8-10 psi... Really weird sound. Never broke anything. The driver's side axle did fuse inside the gearbox though, ended up selling the transmission with the axle hanging out. I don't think it was ever removed although matt b may be able to comment on that.
