blitzpit Posted September 10, 2006 Report Share Posted September 10, 2006 your complaining about tire rubbing? lmaoMy tires are 8" wide...almost 1 inch wider then what my Volvo Mechanic recomended...My Rims are 18"...My tires are 2" larger then the rims.Thats 22" from the top of the tire to the bottom of the tire, that RUB UN-poking believeably bad in my wheel wells. I mean, I can't even put 2 ppl in th eback seat, without the tires rubbing in the wheel wells when I hit a little pump.Then to Top it off, I go and lower it (LOL!!!!).I coudn't take it anymore and decided to lift the car back to it's original stance.so the moral of my story is....don't lower the car with 18" rims.Oh and your car looks Good man. I think the wheels look way nice, and even if it would look better lowered it doesn't look bad the way it is. I like the evolve vent on the hood although I think you should have put one on the other side too just for summetry.
