FtS1721 Posted September 20, 2006 Report Share Posted September 20, 2006 well after searching and gettiin some responses from my other posts... i need to buy some colder plugs for my 98 S70 T-5.. i was wondering what were the coldest plugs i could run and where would i go bout purchasin them... thanks and i did i search by the way... still couldnt find what i was lookin for... TorqueSteer Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 From what I hear, the OEM coppers gapped down a bit are the best, never used them though. Champion Rc7yc worked well in my car they are 2 heat ranges colder than stock, right now im using NGK BKR7E, which is one heat range colder than stock, I like the NGK's the best. If you really want colder you can go with NGK Iridiums BKR9EIX I beleive, but Iridiums are overpriced and you risk breaking off the tiny little electrode tip and causing serious engine damage. If the BKR7E's are not working for you, id say to look in to whats causing the problem, because its not the spark plugs. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
