ToxicLemonade
One the back of the $1 and $5 dollar bills in your wallet has the inscription "In God We Trust". Today is September 28th, 2006 in the year of our Lord (Jesus Christ). Jesus Christ was a real person, not some fictional character in some fable. He made some outrageous claims that are written about in the New Testament. Someday, when our life on earth is complete, all of us will meet Him. All I am saying is that it would be a good idea to know a little bit about Him when that time comes.well some of us might be Jewish and aren't anxious to meet him anytime soon. religion class does suck btw. Spoony
What makes jewish guys any different?I was raised conservative jewish (10 years of jewish day school, blah!) and I can honestly say that I dislike it as much as christianity. I'm just not a huge fan of religion in general; especially the radical portions of it aka orthodox
USSEnterprise
I'm just not a huge fan of dogma in general; especially the radical portions of it aka orthodox Same here. I like to think that god exists, and started the universe off with the Big Bang, and set off a chain ov events, but has no control over anything now. That a god cannot interfere with what it started, unless it decides to end it. As for an afterlife, lets just say that my theories are a bit unorthodox. djscoggins
Where is your proof to that statement? Our faith is the evidence in things unseen. And whether you like it or not Christians will always be here some quietly and some not... offering to share our experiences and relationship with our savior. Read and believe or disbelieve. God gave you the choice, its called free will.

Spoony
I attended a jewish private school from preschool to 8th grade. I have pushed Judaism and other religions away from me. One of the reasons include that it was being forced down my throat. Edited October 18, 2006 by notyourspoon

98s70t5
The whole point of my post was not to complain about religion but to complain about a huge paper to write where the professor seemed to take 10 min to read over and put an OK on the top of the paper which is 100%. It just happened to be that the class i had to write the paper for was a religion class. So lets stop talking about religion.
