gdizzle
Mike - GASP! Tree killer! LOL! I'm planning on keeping it forested, as much as I can. I had the builder put in extra windows in the back of the house so I can enjoy the view of my natural garden. What part of NC?
aldebaran
So hospitable. Jena, you are welcomed too. I'll have two separate beds in the guest bedroom if you don't mind sharing a room with Grantie. :D

aldebaran
nice lot... do up some quick & ugly mspaint plans.Graydon, this isn't going to do the house any justice at all, but this is the quick and dirty floor plan that I did on a CAD program to direct my builder to install sundry hardware around the house. This happens to be for the electrical outlets. It's a one-storey, ranch style house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2-car attached garage. The third bedroom will be converted into a SOHO with custom built desk/shelves to house my servers. Nothing extravagant here as far as a custom built home would lead one to believe.I hope to reveal the house as it is being built.

aldebaran
The guest bedroom is the room facing the rear on the same side as the garage. I hope you can tell where the garage is. It is the largest square in the drawing. The room next to the garage is the SOHO. B)
