Gilhuly Posted October 10, 2006 Report Share Posted October 10, 2006 Dealer reneged on promise to provide DVD NAV system to my fiance as part of sale of S40 t5awd. Claimed they couldn't give us the cd (dealer appt)so it took forever for us to get back with them. Said they sent it back to Volvo. Then said they would order it again and then claimed that they had mailed the original to us, not Volvo and that its not their fault we didn't receive it. The purchasing power of a small dealer with the poor customer service level of a large one. Too bad, too. I would have bought a car from them.
