Spoony
I'm finding them for around 240ish. You can find the 151 bolt pattern for cheaper but the chainrings are a oh yeah! to find and they're all relatively large. I like running 45x16 so I'm sticking with 75's and a Zen chainring. Are they campy pista's or stradas?
dongle
45x16? 25x9!
gdizzle
So I stopped by another shop today, didn't make it over yesterday.., and they wanted to do a fit for me. So I said ok (much more in depth than what other shop did). Apparently I'm a freak of nature because I was off the charts on their scales. They fitted me to a 57cm Lemond and it was the hotness, felt REALLY nice. Apparently Lemond sizes aren't like most other brands and they fall in the "in between" category. I'm just at a crossroads now because they gave me a good deal on a Lemond Tourmalet, but I can get twice the bike with a Motobecane for less money. Jaxx
I got an ('03 i think) Specialized Hotrock 18" totally stock. Got out of mountain biking a long time ago.. too bad though.
Spoony
Greg, I would say it's a battle between the Felt and the Motobecane. Tiagra isn't as good as 105 and Ultegra. If it were my decision, I'd roll with the Motobecane to use as a starter for the simple fact that I'd plan on getting something super nice for racing some time later. Zappo
If it were my decision, I'd roll with the MotobecaneI agree. I like the setup on it better.Interestingly, it comes with pedals, which you don't see that often anymore.
Spoony
I think that's just part of a freebie type thing for more incentive to buy a bicycle from them.Remember, you'll still need a new saddle because I can't imagine that thing being very comfy. gdizzle
Yeah, I think I agree with you guys. The Lemond was a REALLY nice feeling bike, I liked it much more than the Felt. I've been comparing the geometry of the 57cm Lemond against the 58cm motobecane and they seem pretty similar minus the fact that the motobecane is has a straight top tube which I don't really like. The compact design I feel is much more comfortable.
Spoony
45x16? 25x9!Your ratio is too easy! I'd be spinning out when going downhill!Yeah, I think I agree with you guys. Jesus
Not sure exactly what it is, but that Motobecane looks really good.
Spoony
Every time I look at the LeMond I can't help but think it'd be my number one choice if it had better components. I just can't justify Tiagra over 105 and Ultegra. The short cage derailleur is something I've always preferred on roadies though. It's a tough decision but ultimately I think the Motobecane is a better deal in the long run.

Spoony
The LeMond is a double. The other two are triples. This is true. And?I was just stating that I prefer the aesthetics of a short caged derailleur and I don't need three chainrings. But that's just me. They're having a huge tent sale this weekend too, I should be able to get everything I need for relatively cheap.
