Timbo Slice
I like a little movement, I tried a 0deg cleat for a little while but I sometimes worried that with any foot movement they'd come out. I just looked mine up too, I actually run 6deg, not 9deg. It's enough to still feel fully connected but not so much that I constantly worry about it. BurgerBob
I'm running 15 degrees of float and I never think about it unless I'm going too slow for it to matter.
Mesoam
more float on MTB, less on road... Mounted the Shorty 6's, funny thing is the old ones I had were 6's too but these are clearly a re-design. Haven't tried them yet but at least they look better Had some weird binding on one of the inner barrels but was able to resolve with a little bit more spring tension...
iPd Cameron
Also added more match-iness to my Cielo with some of the new Paul Component skewers they made for their 25th anniverdary: And one small thing also for my Cielo:

icerockt
Temporarily set up so I could walk it home from the office. The stem has since been flipped and slammed, steerer trimmed and pedals installed.

Black Betty
So what would cause a derailleur hanger to break, besides an impact? I broke one last weekend and thought I must have just hit something on my ride. This weekend I made sure both the derailleurs were lined up and not over shifting. Towards the end of my ride I noticed the rear kept skipping up and down gears without actually commanding the change. Then 5 minutes later the hanger broke again. I'm pretty confused because today was a pretty easy ride and I don't remember hitting anything at all.

Mesoam
which way did it break? i'd bet on a crack and then it just let loose, need a lot of pressure to break a hanger Edited June 10, 2014 by Mesoam

And I understand that he's innocent until proven guilty but his behavior does nothing to indicate he might be innocent.
