Fudge_Brownie Posted June 25, 2014 Report Share Posted June 25, 2014 Anyone have ideas on why I keep dropping to the first chain ring whenever I'm in the middle chain ring, and first gear (2x1 drops to 1x1)? If I'm in second gear (2x2), it's fine. And it'll ride 3x1 all day. Was happening with an old chain. Just replaced it, problem still occurs. The 2nd chain ring teeth are getting pretty shark-finned but I didn't think that would cause this. Bent rear derailleur? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
