ACBarnett
yeah, just about the only thing scarier to me than the current administration is seeing some of the ideas of the more liberal side of the democrats be carried out. With luck, the repubs will try to change their game and take up a more financially conservative approach combined with support for rights-based socially liberal stuff. It's not the brokeback marriage, abortion, or evolution that gets me pissed off, it's the wellfare programs and handout-based support of the poor that gets me going. I'm all for eventual rights for illegals and a more even distribution of wealth, but I still think that that should be accomplished through hard work and earned benefits, not simple handouts. Hopefully, your kids won't be homophobic as well.
Jena
Not to mention, How am I going to explain the lesbo's book Heather has two mom's to my sons?I kind of think in this day and age, despite who is leading, that is something you will have to discuss with your son/daughter anyway.
