It's just too tight IMO.yup, better safe than sorry....it may be okay if it touches the lines, but any pressure against the oil or coolant lines, and you're going to stress them out, and over time, they will fail.I have my lower I/C pipe touching my lower coolant line as it comes up to the throttle, so I wrapped it in rubber at that portion so the steel doesn't wear through the rubber on the coolant line.
