starfish
Clearly Starfish wants to change the US into a totalitarian dictatorship where anyone who disagrees with his views are branded criminals and either locked up or executed. You the liberal supporter are the extremist Zappo, not I. Where is the conservative counterpoint on any of the big three ABC, NBC, CBS network news reports or editorials? Where is the conservative view in 90+% of the nations newspapers reports? Where is the conservative message in Colleges and Universities campus's promoted? Where in television today are conservatives or conservative principles shown favorably? The liberal Democrats love to cite needing checks and balances when they are voted out of power. Liberals are too friggin scared to offer conservatives time or space to defend their ideas? Liberalism once explained is a feeble house of cards. Conservatism returns the power from the government to the people to restore balance. A conservative government is a nation of people. A liberal government is a nation of subjects. Liberals hate freedom of speech. Liberals hate freedom period. Liberalism locks up the mind and condems the soul. Liberalism is criminal. Liberalism is a mental disorder.

Brickster151
Why during all of this time has their not been any favorable press in regards to any heroic achievement by our military men and women? How about those of our allies? Where is the pro-America, pro-freedom, pro-democracy propaganda? How many innocent lives have been lost to our enemy as the liberal media gives them the strength to continue? Who will call for a stop to this insanityThere has'nt been favorable press on the war itself because of it's purpose. Compared to World War II, is it a worthier cause? Pearl Harbor is what drug us in against the Japanese. Terrorists were GW's keys to Iraq, and there is'nt a justifiable link between those two. We monkeyin' knew the Japanese were attacking us. We knew Germany was trying to take over Europe. Although we did need to take down the terrorists, what was the need for Iraq and have we made enough progress in the scheme of things to justify the loss of life in our brave military? It has only caused more trouble, and that's why we need to bail.I'd much rather watch our military fight heroically for a solid purpose or reason, and not die along with countless civilians because their convoy/headquarters/etc were suicide bombed. There is no need to propagandize something we should'nt be doing. Go ahead and say whatever you want, my opinion does'nt make me any less pro-america or pro-freedom than you or any other self-righteous neocon. It was a stupid idea, and he needed to look at the consequences before he did it.~MikeMike as you prepare for college entrance, let me be forward enough to suggest a course on ancient philosophy or to at least to read about the life and teachings of Cicero or Augustine of Hippo. You will be fascinated by the ideas of many of the great thinkers in history and their relevance to society today. In order for there to be good there must be evil, therefore in order for evil to exist, a good man must do nothing.
