Insurgent attacks in Iraq killed 3,709 civilians last month, making October the deadliest month since the war began in 2003, according to the U.N. The report attributes the violence to "terrorist acts and sectarian strife,

including revenge killings, fueled by insurgent, militia and criminal activities.

Wow. Propaganda spam. A new low. I am not sure which way they go though. Bloodiest month?

Does that mean:

send more troops to controll the masses?

Withdrawl all troops so only non US citizens get killed?

Or send more troops the iraqies are running out of things to shoot?

With the smiley face, I assume he likes the fact they are killing each other.

will this spawn a political debate about the war in iraq?

However, there is no reason anyone should smile over that. Regardless of if someone is your enemy death should be a last resort, there is such a thing as winning through negotiations not through violence. Obviously someone morons missed a chapter in the war book.

Yeah its not like there were 15 years of UN talks and 2500 years or war before we got there or anything.

the fact of the mater is that a war over there is unwinable. The only man that could handle the region is now in our prison. The only way to govern over people that are hell bound on killing each other is through fear. If you have any other ideas, I'd love to hear them.

or until one faction is completely anhilated... that hasn't happened for like you said, 2500 years. How long do you think that'll take and how many civilian lives?
