Marlboroman
Hopefully it will look something like this when the summer comes, i'm probably going to tear off the flames. They'va been a trademark for long now but... We'll see.NGB: Thanks. This year there really will be some action. Last winter was somewhat of a disappointment for me, since nothing really went my way. But now it's full speed ahead.JVC: Apart from the pics in this thread i have none at the moment, but if i remember it i can take som pics when i go to the garage tomorrow. JHEIII874T5M
Looking good. Curious about the parts for your cylinder head rebuild... are you getting bigger valves? Have any numbers after the port work?

Marlboroman
JHEIII874T5M: Thanks. No, the valves are stock size, but i changed to valves with waist instead. I have no figures on it since the flowtest bench became unavailable.ryan850-t5: Thanks. We'll, thats kind of the idea behind it. I want it to stand out a bit. JHEIII874T5M
What do you mean by changing to valves with waist instead? Do you have a picture to help show the differences?
Marlboroman
What do you mean by changing to valves with waist instead? Do you have a picture to help show the differences?I cant find a really good pic, but if you look really close at the valves in pic further up you can see that the shaft has a smaller diameter something lika 1" from the "plate" and up. The idea is to have less area in the way of the air going in.
Aequitas_Veritas
nice man, but i have to agree to remove those flames. Oh and def get some HIDs, the halogens are so dim and yellow.
Marlboroman
Forgot one pic during yesterdays update. Didn't wanna keep the old black centercaps when the rims were repainted, so i get the new version and redid them with a white background.Aequitas_Veritas: We'll see about the flames. And hid's... They've been on the to-do-list for long now, but won't be able to afford such for some time now since the enging build is taking all funds at the moment. Will probably switch the lamps for some sort of lame hid-"look-a-like" lamps as a short term solution.

Marlboroman
The new oilcooler turned up today. Since the new turbo is oilcooled i wanted a cooler thts better placed than the stock one to be sure oiltemp doesn't rise.
