My S90 only has it on the drivers side and is it legal.Yes, I believe all you have to do is take something and knock out the the blank in the back of the reflector on the passenger side, this blank takes the shape and size of the normal hole for the lamp. I just used a screw driver. Then install a lamp in the socket. That's all I had to do. But I didn't stop there, I put a relay in at the front of the car that when the relay is off, it connects the rear fog lights to the brake light switch so they function as brake lights, but when the relay is on, it connects them to the normal fog light circuit. The fog light switch is used to turn on the relay. It looks much better having brake lights all across that row. I'll see if I can post a photo later.
