Lubeguard trans products are fairly reputable. Certainly not snake oil.With the quality of the current oil choices on the market now in the US, Popular opinion is that additives do not do anything that will improve milage, and internal wear.If one is so sold on additives, then confirming wear products via a UOA with and without additives is convincing proof. Or at least provides creedence towards using additives.Saying an additive gives you additional miles per gallon or kilometers per liter requires measuring a significant range difference. If for instance you are saying an additive gives you 1.5 MPG extra, that data point is pretty insignificant unless it's proven over a long time period. I think that's what most people are suggesting.
