mydepots
Because the bulbs were failing in 16 months like it was a religion and they didn't want to have to cover that Could you please tell me the item number that says a warranty period of 18 months? As far as I know, we never had any item that promised a warranty period of 18 months.

The turn around rate was amazing.

Che'_Moderator
Unless your buying OEM all these kits are pretty much the same. With that said I would buy either Philips from Xenondepot or whatever was cheapest.

S60RDUDE
I appreciate the support man!The other problem here is that say you do need to replace a bulb or ballast within the 14 months you will have to send it all the way back to China - about $20-$30 for shipping due to customs etc. Then you may have to pay that again to have the replacement sent back here. All in all you are looking at 4-6 weeks just to get a replacement bulb or ballast. This is the problem with many of the ebay kits.A lot of research and testing has gone into the kits I sell and they are using components my supplier believes to be the most reliable and most up to the job of offering a life time warranty.+1 on Support for Johns HID kit it is very well made they thought of everything. You get what you pay for here.
