S60RDUDE
SO I put in my HIDs never had the battery off my car before and the radio code the dealer gave me did not work. So I got the Serial Number off the actual radio itself and had them look it up for me in the system and still did NOT work! So my question is anyone on here able to look up an OEM code for me via the radio's serial number? I think maybe the dealer is retarded. I am going to another dealer tomorrow to see what I can find out. Thanks!

AaronD81
Mine is a replacement. The dealer needed the model number+serial number+part number. The serial number should have gotten it. What does your radio say? Code, or off?

zolzo
I have the same problem, which I stated in another topic (http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?showtopic=68114)My serial # is: VO1210W40990490 and my part # is: 3533771-1I called a dealer and he said the code for this radio is 5656 and I told him that I have this code from the guy I bought the radio from and it doesn't work.I read at the following link: http://www.matasano.com/log/177/my-car-bat...died-today-and/that there is a way to bypass the code (I guess for testing or something like that) and when I tried it the radio was functioning for about 15min and then the "code" came up again.I am desperate here and any help will be much appreciated.
