He bought Newt Gingrich' lecture series on videotape that he pipes into the jails.

When asked by a reporter if he had any lecture series by a Democrat, he replied that a democratic lecture series might explain why a lot of the inmates were in his jails in the first place.

Like I said, liberalism is a mental disorder.

I think it's a great idea. They should illegal immigrants clean my car off in the winter, shovel the street and lay down salt with bare hands, and use their bodies in the summer to keep the sun from getting my leather interior hot in the summer. jk

on a side note... i hate bleeding heart liberals, like those who protest planned parenthood etc etc.

Commit a crime and get whats coming to you. I dont understand the argument that they should be treated nicely when they cant do that same in civil society.

I think someone needs to go to prison for a minor drug charge in FL and repeat that statement, for something they didn't do, for being scapegoated, etc. etc.

He's universally voted for by liberal and conservative Arizonans. He's actually taking heat right now for his views on illegal immigrants, because he feels they should sit in jail rather than be deported. I'm just a fan of any politician that's a straight shooter and doens't monkey around.

I think if you hang around people like that then you are taking the initial chance. If you dont want the possibility of getting in trouble dont associate yourself with people who may bring that kind of attention to themselves and the people around them.

Fuck Joe Arpaio, as someone who lived in Phoenix, that son of a bitch should focus on detering the tons of crime that is being committed instead of just grabbing attention for himself by blabbering about his fucking agenda and being a dick to inmates. God I'm glad I'm out of that retarded ass town.

He should be the biggest male appendage he can be to those who have earned it. And it's called a deterrent. If you think having serial killers, child pornographers, rapists, and other violent offenders wearing pink pants and working is cruel and unusual, you might want to seek some perspective. Maybe the victims of their crimes can give you that perspective.

If anyone thinks making inmates listen to Newt and wear pink boxers is making it THAT much worse in prison, they're sadly mistaken. Life is horrible enough in there without adding in these stupid things, that are in essence, for his publicity. He's not deterring anyone from doing anything illegal. I'd rather be in his prison then almost any other to be honest anyways. With the public eye focused on all these unique things he does, the prison is probably safer for the inmates, so I guess that's a plus.

And no, I wasn't citing anything specific before...

What you're talking about wouldn't put you in Joe's prison, more like a couple days in a local jail. You take the same chance going out drinking, partying, driving fast, racing, fighting, smoking chronic in your home, etc. which I'm sure you do all of at some point.

You mean like Michael Savage said and you copied him?

Evidently your knowledge base has a two week time frame.

The DSM-IV-TR, (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) a widely used manual for diagnosing mental disorders defines dependent personality disorder as a pervasive and excessive need to be taken care of that leads to submissive and clinging behavior and fears of separation, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts, as indicated by five (or more) of the following:

*Has difficulty making everyday decisions without an excessive amount of advice and reassurance from others.

*Needs others to assume responsibility for most major areas of his or her life.

*Has difficulty expressing disagreement with others because of fear of loss of support or approval (this does not include realistic fears of retribution).

*Has difficulty initiating projects or doing things on his or her own

*Goes to excessive lengths to obtain nurturance and support from others, to the point of volunteering to do things that are unpleasant.

*Feels uncomfortable or helpless when alone because of exaggerated fears of being unable to care for himself or herself

*Urgently seeks another relationship as a source of care and support when a close relationship ends.

*Is unrealistically preoccupied with fears of being left to take care of himself or herself.

From the inception of the science of psychology over 100 years ago, many people before Michael Savage ever penned the title on his book have made the very same criitique of liberalism.
