FixerUpper Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 (edited) I am going to diagnose and repair a non functioning AC system, I have all tools I could possibly need including a refrig detector and a gauge tester, and 30 pounds of r134a. This would be aimed at guys trying to diagnose and repair their own ac systems rather than paying an arm and a leg for the job, esp if it involves evap replace.If I do, and take pics, as I am a amateur, would people be interested in another ac writeup? I would include all testing, visual inspection, pressure testing, charging, leak detection, and hopefully not, but possibly, an evap replace. LMKthanks, and I really mean this, thanks for VSoops reply in wrong thread but you get the idea. let me know on this I have all digi and comp stuff I would need, just want to know if this would be both useful and appreciated.btw whatever happened to UL havent seen a post in ages...
