Finally found a shot of the Bay Area caravan, just as we're leaving the rendez-vous point (Emeryville IKEA). That's CJ in front of me, and Yang at the front in the M56 T5R. Oh, and did you see on the news that SF bridge that collapsed? They put the fire out within an hour of our arrival... the collapsed section is just a few hundred yards behind the camera here, and to the left. Quite a scary sight!

Who's yellow 855 with the cross-bar camera mount? Did they romp around t-hill?

no, that was the silver v70 fwd with the bbs. yes, he was at the track.

Did Kauer show up?

u mean the big hairy italian named teresa? (sorry, joke at the meet) yes, in a frame only old 1800? (i think it was an 1800)

Were you running the full course or the front side?

group b, allowed the full course all day today. first session was all squirrelly.. most likely cold tires. was able to hit 100 on the front straight so long as i got the proper entry coming off the last two turns, stupid understeer. high speed was ok, the tail can be forced to come around if u leave the brakes on a little bit as u turn in. but slow speed would just understeer like crazy.

btw, anyone have problem putting down power when the road is a little bumpy?

I have pictures from the show, but my computer isn't working :( I will take my camera with me to work tomorrow and see if I can get some online...

The meet was amazing, I really loved the V-Shop cars, especially the 740! He took it out at the track and was hanging with the Turbo'd Porsches while only running 15psi. I went for A LOT of rides at the track, it was so much better then if I drove my car, something would have broke!

-CJ's White T-5R (2x)

-Oscar's (TB guy) 242

-Justin's RX7

-S60R

-Porsche 997 Turbo, brand new with less than 4k miles was hitting 135mph on the front straight :o

-Lotus Elise

-Evo 8

-S4 (off-road )

It was truely amazing, and I cannot wait to go back next year! Thanks Lee, glad to help out at the track day

Thanks pras, not many people really noticed that i did it, but hey, not like i'm an attention whore or anything

that jackalope was so poking annoying i almost threw it out the window.

Like hell you would have! Regardless of how incredibly annoying it is, I can still use the little guy to piss other people off. For now, he's collecting dust on my floor.

and my sunburn is killing me right now

no videos of Raf's car, sorry, just the pics you see.

him and I rode in his car, while Nick and Raf's wife rode in Nick's car up to Davis, so it was just the two cars....Paul and Mike had gone up to Davis the night before.

I didn't take any pics while I was riding with Raf, I just enjoyed every moment of it and took it in.

he's limited to 14psi until he can go back up to 034 and dyno tune....even at 14psi, the ride was bone chilling.
