Not all custom work is super expensive. I did a HU and four speaker install on a Harley before. There's even less room to work with on a bike than an S40 dash, but it was still doable. All I had to do was some glass work and make some brackets. All the customer had to do was lose a bit of 'windshield' space and some money.Actually, I was going to do the install on the VS S60 before I left the audio business. wmartinlsmith Posted June 20, 2007 Report Share Posted June 20, 2007 they make a slim line face plate that you mount there with the brain and body somewhere else... its the same way on a ferrari.. basically it was designed for them for that specific application.... it exsists but you need some jedi power to get one..... also do you have a new v? or are you just curious???my favorite custom i have ever seeni was at sbn 3 years ago when this was there.. i creamed my pants at the work... i feel it is better than the alpine mini..
