ZakDaddy Posted July 9, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 9, 2007 So, finally got the PCV done with the kit from FCP and the help of an online book (www.alldatadiy.com, and I all I got from that was this:[deleted, the squirrely bastards moved it on me.]...which gave me enough to go on; I figured the rest out on my own with a little bit of searching and advice from others. Here's my feedback:1 - I will never freaking do that job again. Holy crap.2 - What is it with Volvo and 1-use-only hose clamps?3 - Are all turbos this bad? I'd better stick to NA from now on.4 - There was a lot of oil in the large diameter hoses leading to / from the throttle body. I'm going to assume that's bad. I hope it doesn't mean the turbo's about to blow up on us.5 - I managed to knock off one of the little caps on the vacuum tree so the CEL is on. Soon as I get a moment I'm going to replace that and drive for a while, see if the stumble / hiccup is gone. Wish me luck.Thanks, everyone, for all your help on this thread.
