Carbon_R
Raf, what head gasket is that? p2R gasket?SPM recommended that I use this gasket instead of the cheapy stock one. It's a MLS gasket and it may be for P2-R cars, maybe the S60/V70R guys can chime in. I gave the part # to several guys here on the board, only time will tell if these work better then stock, so far, no issues on my end..I know of one person that cracked two cylinders at the top and only when he boosted 18+ psi with a GT30R he started to over pressurize the coolant reservoir/overheating the car, at 14psi the car ran normal and no coolant leaked into the exhaust.the gasket is a special order at the Volvo dealer, cost around 40 bucks, I think.Raf

exexpat
Respekt x1000. I love everything you've done. With a car this pristine, the side hood to fender gap (the only "kind of" flaw I see) would kill me personally. Well that and the prospect of getting damage on outings. I was always in fear of parking my old full show VWs, whereas I don't care so much about my current cars. Beautiful, just beautiful.

RedBrick5
Gorgeous car man. I can tell that you really havn't spent any time or money on it. I can't wait to see its potential when you get the manual trans in it.I might have missed it but are you using a stock intercooler or did you upgrade? Ac or no Ac?
