gdizzle
Second, yes. First one, the light house (focal point of the photo) is both too far to the right and out of focus.

JVC
I understand rule of thirds, kinda hard when you want a panorama of a bay or a plate of food. The plane shots I would have, but it was hard enough using a 210 lens without a tripod and catching a plane that was only visible for a few moments. I try to use the rule of thirds when I can, but with those I just couldn't time it based on having grabbed my camera off a table and started shooting, wasn't in the mental state for well composed pics. haha

If you can't compose it on thirds while your shooting it, you can change it in post. It's all about composition.
Mesoam
Went back to Eleuthera island in the Bahamas, I love the place more than ever. Mornings are typically very pastel as the sun pokes through the clouds late morning comes and things become ridiculously vibrant, its like living life in HDR, an occasional afternoon shower is common, these literally last no more than 5 minutes and are easy to prepare for with this VIEW evening is similar to the morning, pastel just a bit more color its important to stay hydrated down there, the sun is intense and with the cooling breeze you can get knocked on your ass before you know it (especially when you're also drinking all day) cooking time normally hits the grill, power outages aren't uncommon so if you have a grill its best to use it as we didn't have a gas stove this year. The local food is pretty good, Conch is big on the menus, you definitely have to network down there to find the good stuff There i still A LOT of devastation from Hurricane Andrew in the 90's (166mph winds). Many places have heavy gauge storm shutters which are screwed into the siding, its ugly but I'm sure it makes a big difference. This was actually on the same beach we stayed at about 1/4 mi down from us. you do need a car to get around, and you're not getting anything fancy. This ZJ has lead a rough life but that I6 is still crankin These guys are all over the place, not on the water but mostly on the roads after rains
