I was shooting @ the Drift NC round 3 with a 30d (which died at the end of the first day. .canon guys.. error 99, sounds familiar?) later a 400d and 70-200 F4L. I'm so happy with the result. I got phonecalls and emails just to say how great my pictures are.. I'm that type of guy who never staisfied with his own work so it feels pretty damn good. :)

Let me know You think!

Nice shots of the mask, I like the 2nd one.

No post-pro. Didn't want to scare the little guy so I shot at a zoom, too bad the furniture was in the way. Nikon D70 with the 18-105 Nikkor, shot MF.

As always, C&C welcome!

You're on bimmerforums too? Looks pretty good. Bird is smack in the center though.

Zaitz nice dog shots like usual biggrin.gif!!

Anybody have any good links or reads on the process where you use multiple exposures to integrate into your digital shot? I actually forget what the process is called unsure.gif

Thanks!

If you are talking about HDR I would recommend these sites:

http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/high-dynamic-range.htm

http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/hdr.shtml

I would try and stay away from the fake looking, heavily tone-mapped kind of HDR. I prefer blending the layers myself versus using Photomatix as the result, to me, is much more realistic. The key is to still have the photo maintain a full range from light to dark but not go overboard and have everything be midtoned.

Yeah thats it, thanks Zaitz! I am not into the fake shit, really did not use PS in my class except to adjust contrast a boit. I am guessing that some of the pics displayed on here make use of that technique?
