hawkman
That was fun. Where is this story?I started this site in 98 mainly because I was sick of spending hours searching for basic info on Volvos. At the time I was involved with BMW racing. My first Volvo was in 1995, and was a T5. I actually managed to run 12s in the quarter with it in 97 before I blew the engine. After that I have owned a 98 GLT, 95 T5R, and an 05 S60R. ViperVette
98 GLT is a LPT n00b. However, that might be just as bad as an N/A.

97Rwagon
That is not the story I heard. Version I heard chopped and screwed from rough memory:Me and some friends made a bet that I couldn't make any car fast so they found an old volvo 740 and managed to get it to run 12s. Ever since then I have been trying to find more info on volvos but in that day in age the internet had very few resources so I started one especially for it. 30psi On a white block? Dear god... how did he finish the quarter mile with out it blowing to smitherenes.
