42 is beautiful,

whats the 1080i or 1080p?

your bitin my stylee.. reid..

<3 ya tho.

It says 720p but playstation broadcasts in 1080p for some reason [shrugs]. Still works and looks AMAZING! at 42" you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 1080p and 720p. <3 LOL

Mmm plasma. The rents picked up a 50" Panasonic last year (720p...), its amazing. Should have a 46" Samsung LCD in the basement (my room) by the end of the summer when everything is finished. I cant wait for that. I may pick up a PS3 to enjoy BluRay movies and GT5 :D

You will love it. I HIGHLY recommend Samsung. It's just gorgeous.

I really need to cut up my credit cards. I just got back from getting an HD DVR system. Looks amazing as well. LOL

Here are the specs on the TV. Says 1080p direct input but the resolution is 1024x768. So that explains why the playstation runs in 1080p. Sooo...you wanna come over?

Plasma is teh roxorz

uhhh... correct me if I am wrong but it is NOT 1080p if it is running at 1024x768

I have a Sony 50" 1080p in my bed room and its an LCD Rear Projection... I was thinking about getting an LCD

Right. It can accept 1080p signals, but obviously doesn't display it.

did you mean LED?

At 42" it's not a big deal. At 61" even with a 1080p tv when you watch a football game in HD on Fox the signal is in 720p so the broadcast looks like crap <_<
