In doing that I accidentally cut off a lady in a Jeep... good thing she was able to avoid me and get into the right lane....I feel so terrible now . In doing that I accidentally cut off a lady in a Jeep... good thing she was able to avoid me and get into the right lane....I feel so terrible now .yeah that feeling sucks, it's more fun when you prevent someone else's accident and they are the one freaking out. once I was making a left turn when my light turned green. i looked both ways before i went and pulled out into the intersection. then I saw this guy that was clearly not stopping for his red light, so I just stopped in the middle of the intersection out of his way. as he drove by he gave me one of these when he realized what he did. i just smiled and waved. the sun was in his eyes too so it probably wasn't total stupidity. Chilled man Posted September 20, 2008 Report Share Posted September 20, 2008 okay, so today i started taking stuff apart in preparation for my swap... i took off the intake manifold and started taking apart the PVC stuff. when I pulled out the oil trap, this is what I found I could see through this hole and out another hole on the back side of the oil pan guess I'm not rebuilding this oneT5M I have seen that same hole with my 95 850 NA MHow often do you burn out ? DonutsDemise Posted September 20, 2008 Report Share Posted September 20, 2008 T5M I have seen that same hole with my 95 850 NA MHow often do you burn out ?i drive normal! i swear! the root of this problem was known and heard, i just decided to drive it for a little. when the sound started getting worse i started buying parts for a swap. the last trip i was going to take with this engine was to my mom's house where i am doing the swap and made it 30 miles of an 80 mile trip when this happened. it wasn't spontaneous, i was waiting for it to happen but didn't think it would be this bad. oh well. i knew that I shouldn't have taken it away from my tools that last time but risked it anyways and paid.i can't wait to get this swap done and open this bad boy up to see what happened. i want to see the rod bearings from that cylinder.The moron caught in the middle of a red light intersection look is always priceless. :lol: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
