I was honestly a little wary about switching to them because of previous experience with customer service (which is why we're with T-Mobile now). So far I'm pretty impressed with their customer service! Had a little bug with the TV's (it's brand new service, it's to be expected). Their tech not only helped me fix it patiently, he called me back personally the next day to make sure everything was ok and then walked me through a couple other common problems and how to fix them.
