flyfishing3 Posted October 4, 2009 Report Share Posted October 4, 2009 i usually don't brag but want to show off a little. this is a screen shot off my run today with my training device. the blue is my pace and the red is heart rate. the green line on the second is elevation. no flat land in western PA it basically shows i ran 13.2 miles today while running under a 11 minute mile. certainly not fast, but i'm running in survival mode. haha. i'm the fattest avid runner you'll meet. haha. Like seriously today I woke up and my fucking nose was bleeding for 2 hours straight. Now about 3 hours later it started slowly dripping again.
