Oreo931
hahaha, JMU "Girls of Madison" she admires God but then she is showing herself off on a "sexy" calendar haha http://www.thegirlsofmadison.com/photos/Meet-the-Girls-of-Madison/adrienna_web-1.jpg you can't respect God and show yourself off? Exactly. If you don't share Dave's religious values then your values are wrong.

Michael: I'm days away from pulling the trigger on a TDI SportsWagon, I know what you mean!

flyfishing3
i can't lose a pound dave. still around 240. i don't eat after 8.00. don't eat a lot of snacks. only drink on the weekends. i break down a little once in a while but nothing bad. my problem is portion control. i eat mammoth proportions for dinner. running that much you need fuel. i guess its muscle but still. i look better and feel pretty good so whatever i guess. i i was wearing my heart monitor the other day screwing around in my office. i looked down while sitting and my heart rate was 49bpm. its generally in the 50's though. matt b
Mike, have your body fat measured, that'll be a good indicator of where you stand. Most universities have a lab that will do it for a song. Portion control with that exercise level would be key to being under 200, assuming you'd want to. If you do a body fat reading make sure you use an accurate one Mike would look weird under 200lbs. I am about the same weight as you Mike if not a little more and I could not imagine myself being 200lbs that would look weird. I am kind of in the same boat. I eat like a horse for dinner because I am starving after the gym/day.

I doubt Mike would look weird at all.
