A patient like that usually is referred to both neurology and psychiatry after doing a full History, physical, labs (Ca2+, Mg, Phos, Potassium, Sodium) and imaging such as Head Ct's without contrast. Without evaluating the patient first hand, no credible physician could say that she is just faking, although a conversion disorder does come to mind when watching the video.
